Sales Direct Distribution (Van Sales)-Riyadh KSA
To sell directly to end retailers on a daily basis & achieve maximum coverage within the allotted territory in order to achieve the monthly sales & GP target.
Requirements
The Profile
- To reconcile transactions (van sales) to prevent loss of inventory and cash on daily basis.
- Actively ensure the ranges of products assigned by the territory are sold to ensure volume, value & GP targets set by Line Manager are achieved.
- To reconcile respective supplier / customer accounts on periodic basis and get confirmation from them to ensure accuracy of accounts
- To count stock at each location and ensure the variations are charged and booked to reflect correct monthly financial results.
- Acquire complete understanding of product range and transfer knowledge/ features & benefits to ensure customers are provided with information and support as required.
- To record accounting transactions (e.g. invoices, receipts, credit note, sales return etc.) for the customers.
- Observe and report on all significant competitive activities including price changes so as to collect market trends by brand
- To provide accruals for expenses to ensure recoding of all expenses on monthly basis (rebates, discounts and price difference etc.) and their subsequent reversal to generate correct monthly financial results.
- To perform other duties incidental to work above and this role.
The Essentials:
- Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration with 1-2 years’ experience.
- Good command in MS office applications
- Must have Good English communication skills both spoken and written.
- Team work.
- Ready to work under pressure and for long hours.
- Work in 2 Shifts (Afternoon Shift : 12PM To 05 PM// Night Shift : 10 PM To 01 AM)
