The Role: We are actively seeking to recruit and to drive Axiom loyalty programme by merchandising Axiom warranty products in prime HOT spots within the top IR outlets. Maintain planogram within dedicated space. Build trade awareness on new products and features.
Requirements
The Profile
- Build trade relationship, maintain planogram in assigned outlets
- Ensure out of stock models are captured & informed to respective sales reps/Supervisor on the SPOT
- Educate trade on all new brand/product features
- Ensure Axiom advantages are highlighted to consumer thru trade activities & POS
- Timely execution/ implementation of all trade & consumer promotional activities
- To execute all market related activities and conduct ad hoc market surveys on pricing, competition, act as required by the business.
- Ensure all Axiom products are placed in key prime spots. Influence consumer recall of Axiom thru POS installation with in all dealer outlets.
The Essentials:
- Good communication skills in English, (Hindi and Arabic) an advantage.
- Manual GCC driver’s license.
- Experience in route planning & market surveys.
- Disciplined approach on getting the job done.
- Experience in merchandising and building trade relationship
