Please bring a copy of the email order confirmation and a valid photo ID – Iqama or Passport (photo page). The ID you produce must be on the same name as name of the person placing the order.
Sorry, we only accept online payment via credit / debit card for Click and Collect orders.
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present the email sent to the original buyer from Axiom Telecom and a copy of a valid photo ID – Iqama or passport (photo page) of the original buyer. Without these, we will not hand over the order. Moreover we may call the original buyer to recheck before handover.
We’ll hold your order in store for 96 working hours after you've placed your order. If you've not collected it after 96 hours, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a shop that’s convenient to you for pickup. The name of your chosen shop will appear in your email confirmation.If you don’t wish to collect your order, please send us a request on email or call our call center and we will process the refund on your credit card. While we will process the refund request in 48 hours, it typically takes between 15-25 days for the amount to reflect in your statement/ account depending on your bank.
You can pick up your order from your chosen store 60 minutes* after your order has been placed. Pickup can be done only during official store hours. This information is available here (Click here to view store location and timings). * Please note this does not include Prayer timings.
