Why is there a price difference between the products at axiom and its competitors?
Our customers want to make sure they are getting the best service and so when you shop at axiom, we make sure you not only have competitive prices but you are also reassured that we will look after you and that's why we have an excellent after care service unlike our competitors. Also, if you buy a phone from us, don't forget if the price drops within 5 days, then axiom will give you a credit note with the difference.
Do you offer discount for bulk purchases? What are your discount rates?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts on our bulk purchases at our retail outlets. For orders over 10, please contact our wholesale department who can offer you a discount on bulk purchases, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change a part of the bundle offer if I want to?
Unfortunately this is not possible but we do change our bundle offers frequently in order to offer our customers the best value for their money.
Can you order specific phone models for me?
If the specific model is available in our warehouse, we can place an order for you in our showrooms otherwise you can leave your contact details and we will contact you once your desired model available.
Do you accept travelers cheques, bank drafts or normal cheques?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept travelers cheques, bank drafts or normal cheques, however we do accept cash or credit cards at all our retail outlets.
Do you accept foreign currencies in your stores?
Yes, we do accept foreign currencies (USD, EUR and GCC Currencies) but not all our stores accept them so please call our call center 800 AXIOM  before you visit.
Do you sell any other communication devices?
Yes, we do sell other communication devices such as Bluetooth headsets, personal hands-free units, car kits and other accessories.
Can I localize the language of the mobile phone before I buy?
Yes, you can do so in our Service Centers.
Does axiom have gift vouchers?
We currently have gift vouchers that are available in our retail stores as well as our online store. Please call our customer services team on 800 AXIOM  to find out more.
Why don't you sell some of the older models of phones?
At axiom, we always look at having the latest phones; unfortunately some of the models are not available from the manufacturers.
