Axiom Telecom, a leading mobile and smartphone retailer in the Middle East and an official distributor of BlackBerry® smartphones and BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablets in the region, has recorded more than 98 percent of service requests have been successfully completed within Axiom Telecom’s one-hour express and 24-hour repair services for BlackBerry smartphones.
Unlike others, customers who purchase a BlackBerry smartphone from Axiom Telecom stores can have their handset repaired within one hour or replaced. For BlackBerry smartphones purchased at retail stores other than Axiom Telecom but covered under the Axiom Telecom warranty, the handset is repaired within 24 hours or replaced. The service is available to customers who have purchased a BlackBerry smartphone in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar or Bahrain on or after January 21, 2011.
