Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and axiom telecom online reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors,descriptions ,specifications, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, axiom telecom online will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with axiom telecom’s online Return Policy.

Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards.
Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a pre-order with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your pre-order. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons ,product not available ,product damaged, product out of stock, Cancelled by the customer.
Credit/Debit card Online - If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons , the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank. This usually take 20-30 working days depending on your bank after axiom has initiated the refund.
Bank Transfer - If you have made a Bank transfer and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
Cash on Delivery - If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
Credit card on Delivery - If you have made a credit card payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
Refunds are subject to timelines from your customers' banks, and Axiom Telecom will not responsible for any delays once the refund has been issued to the bank from Axiom Telecom's side.
Note: For all Refunds only the value of the item will be Refunded and not the shipping charges.
Using Promotional Codes
Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded. Digital coupons and vouchers can be used only on our online website.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. axiom telecom online website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
axiom telecom may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. axiom telecom online also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same axiom telecom online website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. axiom telecom online reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
Weight and dimensions of your package
Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, rail etc.)
Location you are shipping from (city, state, country)
Location you are shipping to (the destination country)
We also offer free shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for orders of SR 1000 and above. Shipping costs to other countries will be calculated at checkout.
Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations, and generally include additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Extended Area Surcharges may apply depending on the international location.
We use our own courier for deliveries to selected cities across the KSA and Naqle express for deliveries in other cities within KSA. For all international orders outside the KSA we use Aramex.

Within KSA*: 5 to 7 working days
Within Riyadh City: 5 to 7 working days
All other KSA cities and regions: 5 - 7 working days
International destinations: 5-7 working days
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The refund process would take 20 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by axiom telecom and accepts the cancellation policies. For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled automatically.We do not offer cash Refunds ,if an order is cancelled after it is shipped we will only offer a Online voucher fo rthe same amount that can be redemeed only on the online store.
Termination of Use
axiom telecom may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the axiom telecom online website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. axiom telecom online reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the axiom telecom online website at any time without prior notice.

- Pick up, repair & delivery customers are not eligible for a Standby Phone.
- There is no same-day pick up, repair & delivery service.
- axiom telecom holds no liability for the customer’s data in the case of it being lost during the repair process.
Consumer compensation in case of failure to fix a recurring defect, or more defects in the device if covered by warranty.

Customers should visit the retail store within 15 days of receiving the SMS.

60 Seconds Data Transfer T&Cs
axiom will transfer your data from your old phone to your new phone in 60 seconds.
- The length of the transfer may vary depending on the amount of data on your old phone
- The length of the transfer might also vary depending on which operating systems are installed on the old phone and new phone
- In cases where there is a large amount of data the transfer could take considerably longer
- The data transfer is compatible with most popular mobile brands, however, there might be some exceptions
Priority Repair Service :
· This service can be availed only at Axiom’s designated service centers, during warranty period
· Customer should show original invoice to avail the service.
· Customer can jump the queue and get urgent access to the service adviser, upon guidance by greeting staff
· This service can only be used for repairs linked to the device against which this service was purchased (it cannot be used for other devices that the customer owns)
· This service covers expedited repair only for warranty related repairs.
· If the repair is related to non-warranty issues, e.g. accidental damage or device misuse, then the 24 hour repair guarantee will not apply
· Customer will be given money-back guarantee (equal to price paid for purchasing Priority Service) if Axiom is unable to repair the warranty related issue within 24 hours
· The money-back guarantee will be provided only once to the customer, in the form of credit voucher and service will no longer remain valid. Cash will not be provided
· This service can be availed for maximum three times during the warranty period - if money-back guarantee is not availed
· The 24 repair guarantee is applicable during business hours only, i.e. if customer submits the device on evening before holiday/weekend, then 24 hours guarantee will extend till next working day
· The service can be utilized only in the following specified service centers
